I remember when I was young and had a cold, people would tell me I should have some chicken noodle soup. So I`d tear open a pack and add hot water to it, thinking yeah, this will help me 😏😆
As I got older it occurred to me, how is this supposed to be any help to me??
Now, I get it. Home made bone broth, lots of veg, a good wack of ginger and garlic and rice noodles to fill me up.
This and rest is how I`m nourishing my body through my head cold today.
Self love looks like this 🥰

Countdown to our co-op`s first homeschool market! How exciting! We did a practice run to get the feel for how a market stall runs. We realised a good stall needs more than just things to sell. It needs to grab people`s attention and be interesting enough to attract customers 😄 Next week we`ll work on how to beautify our stall 💕❤
